Shipping
Items sent via 1st class recorded delivery usually take 1 or 2 working days.
Items sent via 'Special delivery' are next day delivery.
Larger items are sent via 48 hr Courier.
Where possible we will post on the same day as payment is received. In the unlikely event that your item is delayed, you will be contacted immediately.

Warranty
We offer a one (1) year manufacturers warranty on all our products. This warranty applies to defects in materials and/or craftsmanship. We will at our discretion replace or repair any product within the one year period from date of purchase. Misuse of products will not be covered under this warranty.

Returns
All returned items must be complete, unused and include all original packaging.
Shipping costs are not refunded for wrongly purchased items unless it is clear we have made the error.
